SGI OSGB Eğitim Mühendislik Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti; Work with occupational safety specialists, workplace physicians and health personnel authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to ensure risk assessment of workplaces in accordance with the requirements of the “Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, identification of hazards and elimination of hazards, and control of risks; and was established to provide training.

Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 was published in the Official Gazette No. 28339 dated 30.06.2012 and entered into force. With the said Law, many obligations such as carrying out risk assessment, preparing emergency plans, providing occupational health and safety trainings to employees came into force on 1 January 2013. These articles, which are the continuation of the provisions of the abolished Article 81 of the Labor Law No. 4857, have been implemented since 2003, the publication year of the Labor Law, for workplaces with 50 or more employees, in accordance with the relevant provisions of both Laws. As of January 1, 2014, dangerous and very dangerous companies with less than 50 employees have been obliged to have an Occupational Physician and Occupational Safety Specialist or to receive service from JSHU. Among the less dangerous workplaces, on 1 July 2016, it was obligatory to have an Occupational Physician and Occupational Safety Specialist or to receive service from JSHU.

SGI OSGB Eğitim Mühendislik Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. has been authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security as a Joint Health Security Unit with a Document Number of 733.
